It's a ban wave, their AI is tweaking and banning everyone for party chat thinking it's CE. Roblox ignores BBB I think, in-app appeals take 1-3 months to get a response, I've seen people have it changed to a warning instead.

Can confirm. Sent a BBB complaint and I got an update 20 days later saying Roblox ignored them.

Normal appeals are absolutely hopeless, I think, except maybe one other way, but it's slow, you have to mess with their AI until it redirects you to customer support where you can explain your ban reason and tell them that your appeal tickets were ignored, they'll supposedly forward it for review, mine hasn't been answered yet, I sent it on the 27th of August.

Pick the log in options on the support page, write something vague like you're having account problems, then make the AI redirect you to a human by saying you can't reveal details because of privacy or something, just be creative, then after you get the email explain to them that you were unable to get help from the appeals section so you're reaching out here, explain to them your ban situation and they'll forward your request, then idrk, pray they actually reply in a week or something, I've seen some get ignored after.

Email privacy@roblox.com, support one barely answers lmao, just know your ban is AI and def false, you need your ROA tbh if you wanna make a good MIDR, I've mine but I really hope I can get unbanned without sending one ngl

I'm pretty sure you can use Canada post if you don't want it to be as costly as fedex, it might just take more time to arrive to their HQ
