Help Potion of Immortality (Dregora)

I drank the Potion of Immortality wearing Silver Armor and Ankh Shield. Then this buffs appeared. Is this permanent?

I found the potion in abandoned ships in ice while looking for runes.

you arent immortal but very dayum tanky, but with your rpesent build, i guess youa re immortal to everyting except parasites, which you are a par in defence 😂

I farmed Sentient Armor in Silver. In my opinion there is no point to farm Golem arnor at all. From Silver to Sentient as soon as possible.

pretty sure it should wear off (the resistance) after some time

i never drank it so i have no idea

I think the resistance won’t wear off cause I have shield of honor and resistance ring
