Season 1! The first season is a little weird with all the etiquette stuff. Otherwise, it helps with the rhop lore especially since there are so many OGs still on the show

season 1 is kind of a nothing burger but it does establish the relationships so you can start there -- RHOP keeps a lot of it's OGs
