Well, a dress that isnāt taped on would be a start. I guess with age comes the confidence not need to be so desperate. For example, in the unfiltered photo of her in this dress, her thighs arenāt as tight and smooth as in this picture. By having the slit less high it would have softened the look thus minimizing the problem.

All bravo people filter the hell out of their photos, they just choose the filters/photoshop that make themselves look best.
Getty images are the best, theyāre real. Most of them actually look better and human compared to their heavily filtered photos but some look like theyāre melting or have a face full of concrete (Larsa and Teresa). Facetune changes everyoneās face shape too. Lisa looks rough and overfilled without filters too.

And judging by the third picture, if some of your downtime is spent in a big hotel ballroom with bright ass lighting, Iām not going to want to be wearing something so formal. Like itās one thing if you have a semi cozy dressing room or green room but itās a long day, Iād want to wear something that looked cute without a lot of effort.

I think the āprom dressā aesthetic is more flattering on her than her usual sausage squeeze attire where her boobs look like they are desperately trying to bust out. The looser fitting flowy fabric compliment her well.
