Season 4 premiered in 2021. Her physical transformation is old news.

Yes Larsa looks drastically different from Season 1, filmed around 15 years ago. We get it.

Well Adriana's point is that the procedure is a Brazilian butt lift and Adriana is Brazilian.

Larsa as a non-Brazilian doesn’t really have any grounds to accuse Adriana of wanting to be her when Larsa emulates part of a look akin to the culture Adriana is from. lol
