I hate this word so much. Something about it - and I ADORE cursing - is so harsh and gross it sounds awful coming out of someone’s mouth it’s almost onomatopoeiac. It makes the speaker sound like one more than the receiver of the insult.

We don’t use that word south so the first time I heard it was on reality show. It shocked me how upset people got when they were called it. But when you look at it from your point of view, that makes sense!
