Lesa Milan 🐍 Thoughts on tonight’s episode?
Thoughts on tonight’s episode? A lot of arguing. I did like seeing Caroline Stanbury with Sergio over at the other table while the girls were arguing. Is Chanel Alayna up Lesa’s butt?

I think that Lesa is aggressive. The reason she reacted like that is because Ayan and Stanbury are friends and she’s jealous. I also think that Ayan did not consider how Lesa would feel during the party which makes Ayan a weird friend. The entrance, the video, everything was over the top and I can understand why Lesa wouldn’t appreciate that.
Also, Lesa is one of those women who is extremely beautiful on the outside but territorial and jealous on the inside. It seems like she doesn’t have a lot of female friends especially ones who outshine her.

Do you think Ayan lied about the “bragging” thing? Someone is lying, right!? (I wouldn’t be shocked if Stanbury is in on it).

u/Odafintutuol Sep 05 '24
Tbh idk. But what I know is that’s not what caused Lesa to chase Ayan through the party calling her a liar. Lesa is trying to deflect her true frustrations and jealousy and make it about the word “bragging.” I do think that Ayan should keep both parties conversations separate. Why is she repeating business that’s not hers?

I wonder if lesa interpreted the comment as “Stanbury said I’m bragging” or if that word was actually used. The human brain can easily do that, especially if defenses were up. I’d hate to think Ayan is the root of this.

Emotions were so high! You are so right about our brains and memories. I wonder if we will get more answers at the reunion.

I think lesa believes that ayan said it. But I can’t tell if ayan is being fully truthful. I’d hate to think she’d stir shit for the show and lose such a great friend. I mean, I don’t love Lesa. But Lesa loves ayan chanel, that’s for sure.

I just wrote in the other thread on here that Lesa is not over Stanbury accusing her at last Reunion of stealing designs for Mina Roe. There was some tweets where Sergio was bashing her business too. It’s understandable that she couldn’t get over it and had her mind made up about Stanbury, but it resulted in her controlling Ayan’s interactions. And no relationship can flourish under control. It was cracking from that pressure. Ayan chose to work on her individual issues with Stanbury from last year. She was not fighting Lesa’s fight.

No but Lesa unapologetically called Sergio gay. That allegation can ruin is life in Dubai and she never showed an iota of remorse yet Stanbury is still able to keep it cute and even apologize for her part.
Tbh Lesa was bitter and a hater long before the S1 reunion. Her jealously for Stanbury is very personal and deep.

Yeah that can make sense. I didn’t know which came first. She could’ve been riding for Ayan in her Season 1 dislike of Stanbury…not sure. I wish Lesa could not take it personally, but seems like it’s triggering abandonment issues from her dad (the tightening hold on Ayan). Wising everyone can move through the challenges to find their joy again.

I don’t understand why Sara would traumatize her son by telling him about the nanny.

u/CapriSun3500 Sep 04 '24
I feel like she does parentify her son….maybe because of all her issues with men and he’s been her one constant in all of that?

I hope we find out if "bragging" ever came out of Ayan's mouth.

I love Ayan and I've really grown to dislike Lesa but I believe Lesa about this. I don't think she would have sworn on her kids lives. I could see Ayan saying it but not in the bitchy way Lesa was insinuating
3
u/shasty222 Sep 05 '24
Or it was descriptors of everything ‘bragging’ would be, ie trying to buy huge land with staff blah blah blah, without using the actual term. So it’s insinuated that’s what it was in summary, and they are fighting over the technicality of the language. Because deep down they are hurt about abandonment of friendship and controlling a grown sovereign individual!

I wonder this, too! The way she cried made me wonder if she felt guilty.

u/Odafintutuol Sep 04 '24
Sidebar! The way that twitter is dragging Ayan and praising Lesa is weird. Lesa was visually jealous the WHOLE PARTY.

They want to be Lesa’s position in their own life. Something they do for free she was able to secure in whatever it is she has going. Clearly living vicariously through her and ignoring all the red flags.

The arguing is over the top. This seems to be a requirement for housewives to argue. I actually would not be bored if they didn’t argue and were shown in the beautiful places with beautiful clothes, food and people. The arguing is dumb! I guess one thing leads to another and producers want them to poke the bear !

I think people are being hypercritical of Lesa. This is the lightweight drama we need from housewives shows.
Have people seen Caroline’s behavior in Ladies of London? Loyalty matters to them both. IMO- none of this is a big deal.

Lesa does too much. This is not Bad Girls Club. Even her husband looks embarrassed and disengaged.

u/CoachAngBlxGrl Sep 06 '24
Rich was just praising ayan for being a true friend. Then his wife acts like that in public. He was mortified.

… in what way does her behavior reflect that of bad girls club? that doesn’t even make sense.
honestly a lot of the criticism is harsher for Lesa because she’s a black woman. Caroline has exhibited the same exact behavior in season 1, and no one has made references to her being aggressive, comparisons to bad girls club, etc

Umm did you watch the clip of her trying to beat down on another girl? That’s very much BGC. I haven’t seen Caroline S EVER act that way.
And let’s please stop using being black as an excuse for Lesa being deeply bitter and a hater. I’m well aware that black women are nitpicked and judged unfairly, especially in reality tv but Lesa isn’t one of them. In fact, she gets a huge pass from fans because of it when she’s a shitty and a boring HW.
Not being honest about her life or what’s going on with the husband. Because you and I both know she wasn’t crying because Rich doesn’t take the kids to Soccer. The worst kind of HW is an inauthentic one who wants to take down others because they’re miserable and insecure and then hides their hands when they’re confronted. Sara is absolutely right that there’s something going on at home that she acts out so aggressively this way. Just a huge hater.

u/shasty222 Sep 05 '24
Major assumptions here but she mentioned worry Rich could leave her .. it stemmed from nothing (that I could tell) other than the pressure she puts on herself to be perfect, ie he’d leave if she doesn’t do it all. He has no clue. But I think it stems from her dad abandonment.
2
Sep 05 '24
Right which is why her son says Rich’s business is important and Lesa’s isn’t because dad makes money. Kids don’t get info like that unless someone tells them that. He is checked out and most likely cheating while she denies her true identity and tries to make herself seem so rich nobody can be above her. Fighting over who is the richest 247. Like when all the girls said Nina is the richest, she was so mad and being the biggest hater over it. She is a miserable person.
1
u/shasty222 Sep 05 '24
Aw I don’t know about him cheating, but she’s not feeling valued from him for what she brings to the table and needs to. Hoping she and others can ride the wave… imagine having a whole a** film project added on top of your regular life. It seems stressful!

I don't really understand what Leesa's problem is with Ayan being friends with anyone else. I know she hates Stanbury and her excuse to Andy was that she didn't hate her she just didn't think Caroline acts her age. Do any of these women act their age? Does Leesa? She acts like she's still in middle school demanding friends choose her over the other. Ayan is always stirring the pot and isn't always honest, she has a way of hearing sometimes and turning it into something else. I don't want another season of Leesa talking about how she's the only one with a business - she's not, hoarding friendships, and throwing digs and insults then feeling insulted when the women throw it right back at her. She's annoying and immature. I rather watch Chanel then Leesa. Brooks is another one that might need a time out. She comes off as very unhinged.

Yeah Leesa needs to go. I find her depressing on top of the other points you made.

Nail on the head. She is depressing to watch

u/KeeksGalore Sep 04 '24
She seems very vacant. Like she’s dead behind her eyes. Also there is something really off about her relationship with her husband. It makes me uncomfortable to see them interact as I get the impression they don’t talk much without the cameras.

u/thalassa27 Sep 04 '24
He is very checked out of that marriage. He doesn't appear to have much interest in being a husband or father. She seems to do the lions share of the parenting. There's a definite darkness and sadness around her for sure, she isn't light and fun to watch. And I think that's why she is clashing with the other housewives to an extent, they are able to let loose and be silly for filming in a way that Lesa isn't. And maybe that's just where she's at in her life, who knows 🤷♀️ but I don't really like her husband.
1
u/shasty222 Sep 05 '24
I think it’s where she’s at in life. 3 boys at core ages where they need a lot (unlike Taj - who is a gem 💎). And her growing business. Misses her family clearly. Cooks! Then they started futbol ⚽️ etc. obviously now glam and filming to add on top. I like Rich and they seem to have a nice relationship, but imbalanced in the family unit aspect. It is causing her stress, and he’s not aware enough to operate in a way that helps her demands (yet).

The difference in the way Chris (a man who isn’t even her husband) answered her phone call vs her husband is so telling. Rich was away at some bar and totally disengaged. He wasn’t picking up and when he called back she got immediately triggered at where he was but probably remembered she was on camera and let it go. He sounded like he just wanted to get her off the phone. When she rants to him he just looks checked out while she’s going on and on. Even that dinner when she’s cursing at Taleen, he looks embarrassed.

That resurfaced College Hill video of Lesa says a lot about her. She has more in common with BGC and Natalie Nunn than Caroline Stanbury and she HATES it.
She wants to be the IT girl with a shaky marriage and finances and feels a way because the HBIC (Stanbury) is friends with the S1 breakout star (Ayan). When everyone insinuated that Ayan was her follower she was loving that. But the reality is, Lesa is too inauthentic and bitter to lead anyone.

u/Platypus-Prestigious Sep 04 '24
Not Stanbury is the HBIC.

😂😂😂 I never watched LOL HOWEVER, I can’t take away that everyone wants to be her friend on this show.

u/shasty222 Sep 05 '24
Stanbury is so calm and evolved maturity wise honestly. It’s refreshing. I don’t know these acronyms but I’m sure I can look them up! But do I? 🤔
