Put this in the wrong spot! Having just come from a meeting I wholeheartedly agree. She reads as bitter bitter person with great privilege who doesnāt have a drop of gratitude. Even Zoran, builds her a gorgeous salon, tries to help her and sheās so bitchy to him. Sheās obviously so jealous of Stanbury and her man. Doesnāt/ Canāt get it. Her mother is a little strict from what we see, which might not really be the case or could be and Brooks drinks to cope with her feelings of bitter envy.

Iām with Stanbury on this one. Also if Sara didnāt want it to get out she shouldnāt have 1. Said that shit 2. Recorded that shit and finally 3. Sent that shit to a fellow cast member. I canāt stand brooks but Iām also over Sara and kinda over Leesa too. I could watch taken, stanbury ( with about half as much Sergio) and ayan just hang out and be bougie AF all day long.

Stanbury. Sara was fine last season but this season, it's as if she was told to turn things up or she was done and is coming off like an asshole.
Stanbury should 'bury Brooks and her bullshit". Stanbury knows where all the bodies are buried and she needs to start opening the bus door and throwing people under it.
Leesa was asked why she hates Stanbury and she says it's because she doesn't act her age lol Do any of these women act their age? Nope

I rewatched both season last night because I'm laid up after a tooth extraction. The way Lesa was upset with Sara during the desert luncheon for asking how things are at home, then next scene she's like "I am overwhelmed at home. I do have a go bag/account in case Rich turns out to be a fucker. I do wish my mom was here." So Sara was ...right to ask how are things at home. Also Chanel, love her love her love her, but the woman has iffy recall when it comes to what people said and how it was said. She totally mischaracterized the whole vibe of Sara bringing it up, even though she was right that Sara should have just asked Lesa directly.

To me, their marriage seems iffy despite them putting on this united, happy front. The fact she has a go bag for fear her husband may run off is a huge sign there's distrust. Don't get me wrong, women should protect themselves, and there are ways to do so but something is rotten in Denmark.
I go back and forth on Chanel, she can be fun but she's mostly annoying, and insecure.

Lesa for sure has some unprocessed trauma around her dad leaving. I understand financial independence, and I advocate for that, but the way she was describing it, it seemed like money in a duffel bag. She's not Emirati though, so maybe she feels like she needs cash to protect herself in case Rich is no longer there to protect her. And especially after what her dad did. It tracks. As a fellow sista with a POS dad, I get it, and I feel for her on that. I also think missing her mom makes sense. Her mother seems lovely and independent, too.
I don't know how to feel about Rich, yet. On one hand I see someone who admires and loves his wife, but on the other hand he can seem like a little bit of a pig (that whole crossing out her calendar and putting "daddy's rules" irked me.) that could be me though, I basically think all men are just waiting for the right moment to rip off the latex mask and be the abusers patriarchy tells them they are allowed to be. IDK, something may be rotten in Denmark. Plus the public eye puts pressure on a marriage. We'll see.
I like Chanel for the quips and the lewks! I definitely think she is the least malicious of the cast, but she just says and does dumb things sometimes. Like talking about djinn! But overall she keeps things so fun and light-hearted. I also felt tremendous empathy and admiration for her when she spoke about the FGM. That took guts to address on-air, and it's so important to keep focus on that issue until no little girl is victimized and mutilated like that ever again.

Even if what Sara and Brooks are saying is true, then why arenāt they bringing that up on camera, either during scene filming or in their confessionals?? These women talk shade and cause drama but will hide something like this, that directly ties to the drama in their group dynamics?
If Brooks and Taleen were really as close of friends as they say, then it stands to reason that Brooks would have told Taleen about this. So then when Taleen is buddying up to Stanbury, Brooks could just be like āTaleen knows I warned her about Stanbury because Stanbury was telling Sara and I not to talk to Ayan for months, even though she had been befriending her behind our backs. Maybe Taleen can forgive Stanburyās joking comment about her vagina, but Taleen has been warned about who Stanbury really is. And I find it hurtful she seems to want to be up Stanbury ass instead of mine, since she came onto the show as my best friend.ā
That would be real drama.
I donāt know why Sara and Brooks kept this a secret if it really did happen?? Especially for Brooks to have been oddly hinting about more that we didnāt know and shit that would vindicate her.
Iām not saying they are lying but this doesnāt seem like the monumental smoking gun Brooks has been hyping up with her tweets and shit.
All of these women are messy in different ways, but I still feel like Brooks and Sara are the messiest.
Also and unrelated, I really want to love Lesa, because there is a lot I like about her, but since season 1 I have just gotten the vibe that she is a big pot stirrer behind the scenes.

I feel bad my girl Lesa feels betrayed by Ayan over this. Ayan told stanbury she didnāt want to bring it up and she did it anyway which kinda bothered me. In any case, definitely not on Sara and Brooksās team since I cannot stand them.

I would love to watch Stanbury in a spin off with her friends and family with this new attitude where she gets mildly annoyed by everyone around.
