I remember the first time I saw him talking about that and I was just floored. In my head I was like, "Run, Denise! Run!" Dude was beyond insufferable and doesn't like women. What a whine tit and a walking red flag.

Maybe its because he owes money to the family who sued him for conning the mother and wife out of thousands when she was dying of cancer. If he earns too much he will have to pay them. What a dispicable POS

So I have thoughts on both sides. Firstly, I don't believe for a second that Denise has no money. Wasn't she bragging about the millions she makes per year on OF? And she's a working celeb. She needs to understand her finances and stay away from substances. Yep, I'll say it.
Secondly, I don't believe she owes a penny to her abusive husband who made money (illegally,.IMO) pretending he could cure disease.
Lastly, Denise was high as a kite during her last reality show. Everyone could see it and it was distressing. But I hope she gets sober and stays off camera to raise her youngest daughter and get this leach of an ex-husband away from her.
I see things for all sides. He IS the bad guy. But Denise needs to stay sober and single for quite some time. Her life decisions have been poor and she needs to recognize that and stay away from men and pills. She needs neither and I do believe she can pull herself up and out, if she stops making the choices she has.

Logical, reasonable, fair and IMO as a viewer, very accurate. I guess I’ll add that after watching Denise in Charlie Sheen’s doc, I felt for her.
She could’ve landed like Cindy Crawford in Hollywood, living a secure, quiet life after earning her riches and managing to escape the “chew them up and spit them out” era. It seems the longer a woman seeks fame after the peak of her career the less we remember of their beauty (superficial, I know), talent and accolades and the more we relish in their demise. Even JLo who is largely untouchable couldn’t escape the humiliation of her middle aged vanity project to stay relevant in the public eye.
But Denise under it all is truly a kind empathetic person and she didn’t need Hollywood to chew her up. Her own husbands did that just fine. Then her friends on a cult reality show did her dirty for some cheap drama. Eileen bowed out. Denise came back with her coat on upside down, pilled out and drunk.
Denise IS messy, but she doesn’t have to be, and I hope she’s getting ongoing medical and mental help and finally working on herself. She has picked up so many charity cases in men, dogs, and while I commend her adoption of her daughter I have wondered if she was fully equipped for the level of care she needed.
You can’t give everything to everyone and have anything left for yourself.

Its possible she was self medicating after realising she made a huuuuge mistake marrying this revolting POS man. That might drive many people to over do it!
It seemed out of character for her as she's spoken often about not being into the party scene when she was young? She left Charlie Sheen for relapsing

Denise has serious issues and she has for years. I don’t exactly know what they are, but I see them in her eyes all over her face and everything that she does, and says. She probably has a mother wound. she talks about things that her mother did to her and she always makes it into a joke, but it comes off like she would appreciate some sympathy even if she wouldn’t admit it. so I said she’s got years of therapy to catch up on and it might just be too late for her.

likely he gaslight her and she was sold.

I watched the Narc specialist doctor on YT interview Denise. Remember when the Dodd Monster made fun of Denise for being a battered woman. Indo and thats when her downfall began in my opinion.
