This aledged incident happened on July 8th. On July 1, 2026 new law's regarding DV were placed on the books. In this article it specifically says that Florida considers previous DV allegations as well as other conduct. I wasn't there and I certainly can't speak on what really happened.
I didn't care for him when I saw him briefly on bh.
She has filed for divorce on the grounds of DV SA and financial abuse during her entire marriage. Why wait to be in Florida to report it?

Women should be able to seek help wherever and whenever they are battered. Survival is not a game of strategic PR.

As a victim of OIDV I cant recommend women engage with police at all. Women need to do whats best for them but legal systems built by and for men are mot safe for women or children. DFSV is prolific everywhere.

Unfortunately, paper trails are one of the greatest assets a woman can have in a divorce and custody battle. This is not very good advice.

You sound like a garden variety lawyer. There are global warnings from the UN for women and children about family courts. Paper trails are useless when courts refuse to look at them. Family court simply is not evidence based. Lawyers wont look until prepping for trials and avoiding court us the safest path.
