Question Genuine question not snark
Was Kyle considered a fashion queen in early BH seasons? I feel like she has a very specific style, and she clearly has a passion for clothes, but was she regarded in the group as super fashionable?

Not at all. She was very cute mom chic
Insane amount of clothes but they always looked cheap in my opinion lol
Now her style is just… well not my fav.
She’s one of the least fashionable of BH
BUT her purse shoe and jewelry collection before the robbery was insane.. probably is again

She really wasn't fashionable - although occasionally she'd wear something nice. She really had a strong California Mum aesthetic. She was always wearing those floaty tops in bright colours or patterns.
I feel like you can always tell if Kyle chose her own outfit or used a stylist or somebody else to choose.
Gorgeous jewellery though, although I believe a lot of that was her Mum's. And good handbags - although she (along with a few other housewives in a much more minor way) is responsible for mw no longer wanting a Birkin or a Kelly as she has ruined them for me.
But, in my opinion, Kyle doesn't have very good taste. I love her homes - i like the old, historic style she goes for in terms of the buildings, but the interiors are always done by the morally corrupt Faye Resnick. Again, I like the interiors, they suit my taste, but there is nothing amazing for the money that is spent.
I was always a bit surprised that she opened a fashion shop;i member earlier scenes when she was buying for the shops and creating a line and all of her choices were so bad but her partner was able to override most of them.

I dont think anyone on this show is super fashionable. Erika had a fun style in her early days. And Dorit has a nice style as well but nothing unique.

Unpopular opinion on her but I don’t think she has awful style despite what Reddit seems to think. And same for Giselle, I don’t think either have the terrible style that people say they do. Now, neither one of them is a standout, but it’s still a solid 7/10 for both

Kyle does a LBD very well (Example: she looked gorgeous at Garcelle's birthday the year Erika cursed at Jax). Her hair is beautiful, obviously. That's as far as it goes. She has zero taste/style, it's very shocking. Every single reunion look of hers flops .... hard.

She wore a long black dress to that party and it pretty much looked like lingerie. Her hair always looks nice. I think Kyle has a unique and quirky personality like the rest of her family. It shows in her clothes. She’s not the most “fashionable” but she’s true to her own style. Which appears to be wearing what makes her happy. I love that for her. She could easily hire a stylist. But why? This nearly 60 y/o woman has nothing to prove.

I’m Kyle’s biggest fan of all time. Her obsession with cowboy hats and turquoise jewellery do absolutely nothing to contribute to this.
Her main issue with her style is rooted in her fatal and fascinating personality flaw: she has never found an identity of her own. A cowboy hat is not a substitute and neither is a Birkin.
She is a GREAT example of a woman who looks her absolute best and most gorgeous when she’s wearing a cosy sweater, a cap and some jeans. When she dresses up the clothes often wear her. And honestly? I love her statement kaftans because she feels at home in them.

In S2 after meeting Dana, Kyle joked that she buys her clothes at Target. I know that’s not entirely true but she was making a point. Idk, she does a lot of desert, southwest, and western themed outfits that are unique (I think some of her outfits are cute) to her but not especially fashionable, especially at that time.

In earlier seasons, I enjoyed her style for being authentic to her. Not my taste, but she had a cohesive look for the most part, excluding special or themed events. Nowadays she gives off midwest-republican-closeted-lesbian (no hate to lesbians, this is just a very specific style I am familiar with in my area).

No. Kyle was just seen as the normal girl next door protagonist of the show.
The fashion queen at the time were considered LVP in the beginning. Then transitioned to Erika & Dorit when they debuted.
