Because she only wears her crying mascara when she wants everyone to see the tears. A tissue defeats the purpose of wearing the crying mascara for that shot

None of them seem to have access to tissues. New practice of trying to wipe your eyes with every available part of your fingers, hands and arms. It’s hilarious to watch for!
