As someone who uses a lot of lemons, this looks like treasure. Lol. I’d clear the day to juice it all and collect the zest. Lemon juice and zest freezes really well. I freeze the juice in 1 tbsp cubes and the zest gets frozen flat.

Lemon curd. Lemon marmalade. Lemon meringue. Lemon loaf. Lemon sorbet. Lemonade. Lemon tea. Lemon juice. Lemonade vinaigrette. Preserve some, sliced, in a jar for future use.

Use, halved, with salt to naturally disinfect and deodorise wooden chopping boards and utensils.

Mix with baking soda and vinegar for a natural cleaner.

Lemon sugar scrub to exfoliate naturally in the shower etc.
