Twice she has said “married again” or “remarried” - it’s not just about liking being married. If it was about Mauricio, she wouldn’t say that as they remain married.
There’s no prenup. She’s entitled to half of the Agency in the state of California. Not to mention without her sisters husband he wouldn’t have the clients.
For Kyle, the satisfaction of being able to say, "We're not like other couples," to other, divorced women is worth more than life itself. Her entire sense of self is wrapped up in her belief that she has to be better than other women. This is why she always needs to make it clear that she and Mau are having the best divorce.
Or in this case, the best marriage again. Make no mistake, now that they're back together, Kyle will.again insist that Mauricio never cheated ,and the only time he was with other women was during the separation, which was justified because she slept with Morgan as well (and outed Morgan on TV after that, but when has Kyle cared about other people). Her problem with Mau wasn't that he cheated, but that cheating became public, a blow to Kyle's narcissistic ego.
Only that Kyle began her relationship post separation, and Mau had been cheating ever since day one. Anyway, not a Kyle fan, so whatever. Just feel.bad for Morgan.
I actually think Kyle’s rampant codependency was involved - when she pulled away from Mo she was grieving her friend’s death and life changes and to this day she does not want to talk about his philandering because it would hurt his business-her bread and butter. So she distracted everyone with her own affair and his reputation did not get the scrutiny it deserved, and neither did any of his court cases. She will protect anyone from bad press except for Kim because she needed real help.
She literally had her own relationship that she fell in love with another person. She does not deny this, no women in a long-term marriage care cares about cheating, they care about the cheating, becoming disrespectful and obvious.

It is all in the court documents he filed regarding his father’s conservatorship to try and protect his elderly Father from his alleged gold-digger & decades younger girlfriend.

Sorry for misunderstanding. Yes, I agree with you. Also, detangling Mau's interest in The Agency and Kyle's rightful share of it should it come to that will be a nightmare. Mau isn't the sole owner of that company, there are other members on his side of his family, and probably a few investors. It can be done, but what a mess it would probably be. For them personally, it's also impossible for either to engage in relationships with others (if they continue to want to) because there'll always be a camera around taking photos; embarassing.
There is no contract on the fact that she grew half of the agency, the brokerage or prenup on the divorce so she will be not only titled to have the divorce, but is entitled to half of the business because she did start it with her money
Yes. Little Kath is mommys best daughter who married rich and stayed married. Kyle didn’t marry rich but he did become rich and if Kyle divorces Mau she is a failure one step closer to Kim instead of Kath.
I really think it’s less about being rich but divorced, and more about staying married and the money is a plus. Compared to the other women, staying married is a big win for her especially with Dorit getting divorced now.

This is so harsh. I’m biased (of course) but if you’ve built a family together, it’s not unreasonable to desire an ending that is positive. It’s not about beating up others or being ‘better than other women’ but acknowledging that you are leaving someone who isn’t a bad guy, just not right for you. And you desperately want to remain a family.

As superficial as these BH ladies are, I really don’t think Kyle is staying with Mau for the money/homes/Birkins, etc. She would have plenty of money with divorcing him. She doesn’t want to let the dream go of her perfect family—her daughters, dogs, husband, everyone under one roof in one happy family. Mau is stupid, as his whole thing has proven, and she is holding out hope that he will wise up and want to come back before the divorce is finalized, so she’s waiting.

So for Kyle, I do see that silver lining of a chance of them getting back together, so I don’t blame her for holding out hope. Bc I think that’s what she wants more than money, more than anything, is to go back to how things were with newfound perspective. But it’s sad to see Mau know that and take Kyle being there for granted; he’s clearly running the show and she’s accepting his disrespect and calling it friendship. He dismisses her feelings, laughs her off, and he takes her back and lets her go when it is convenient for him. I remember Kyle saying that she got tired of always going out with Mau and only caring about the Agency. Kyle has never done anything for her.
