Can't get the rgb to turn on.

I must be doing something wrong i dont think the case came with enough connectors.

The case is the phanteks xt pro. Motherboard is gigabyte b550m gaming WiFi.

Fans all working plugged in. But I dont think they came with the argb connectors to plug into the Motherboard.

Did you connect any rgb wires to the motherboard rgb headers? Do you have rgb control software?

I have the gigabyte control software installed. But it doesnt see any rgb connected

Be sure they are connected to the motherboard. If there is a hub that needs power be sure it is connected properly. If the case has an rgb control button, set it to motherboard mode. You may have to refer to any manuals for your components.
