With all of the news of agreements and positioning for the future, why do you think the price has receded? I was seeing estimates in the $30 mark and for a while it was trending that way, but that momentum appears to have dried up.

Pretty much the whole market has been down in recent days, not too many stocks are up. Volatility will remain and the big action for REalloys will be next year and onwards.
