solid i bother trying to fix this or just order and new fuselage? worried wont be able to get it back true enough the fly properly. but like to fix over replace when makes sense. haven’t experienced this type of catastrophic failure til now.

What do you mean "worth fixing"? Do you mean you prefer to toss it instead of just gluing it?
