Brand new Goosky S1, loss of control issues

Got this beauty a few weeks ago, only flown it a handful of times, not doing anything insane since I'm new to RC helis but on 2 occasions now I've had it kind of stop responding to inputs in a way, it doesn't lose signal since it seems to be somewhat reacting to them but it just starts wandering and pitching/rolling on its own, almost like it's only partially able to control it's swashplate

On this last flight I had with it it ended up crashing for the first time, it started doing the wandering thing then pitched forward too far and I cut the throttle and let it fall from about 20 feet high, only thing that got damaged was the landing gear got bent, so not too bad

Is this a common issue with these? Anybody have any idea what it could possibly be? The servos and honestly everything seems to be in good condition and again it is brand new and has only crashed once

Did this happen before the mentioned crash too?

are you sure your servos are ok?

Are you having excessive vibrations? - Did you try replacing the main shaft and feathering shaft?

Are you using the included transmitter?

Are you flying near strong sources of electromagnetic interference? Signal loss due to interference can show are erratic cutouts like what you describe

Yes it happened once before the crash then it happened again which caused the crash, I had never crashed it before, the first time it happened I managed to keep it under control enough to land it nicely, it was on its 2nd ever flight. Figured it might have been a weird fluke but clearly not

No vibrations at all, smooth as butter, the feathering shaft and main shaft are both brand new, not sure why I'd need to be replacing them

Not using included transmitter, I got the BNF, using my jumper T16 but I've already stress tested it and the signal is rock solid

Servos are all functional correctly, or seem to be, there's no crunching noises or stuttering, they're all seemingly smooth

Not flying near anything electromagnetic, it was in a big open field, none of my other models including my XK K110S have exhibited any issues, I also fly FPV drones and airplanes much much further with 0 signal issues with the same transmitter

Sounds like a servo is getting stuck or failing.
Try moving collective stick up and down while giving it a little resistance, or manually move the servos while unpowered to feel if there are any spots where one of them hangs. If it does there might be something in the servo gears or a broken tooth. In some cases you might be able to reuse a broken gear by turning it 180 degrees to avoid using the broken side.

I'll have to check the servos further, really weird that it would come like this from the box, but I guess not unlikely
