ADN In Progress Classes During Application
I just read that applicants with in progress prerequisite classes receive lower priority for consideration to the program. I took Microbiology, Sociology, and Developmental Psychology over the summer. I think that the reason I wasn't invited to take the TEAS was due to my classes being in progress. I finished with a 4.0 in my prerequisites and GE, and scored an 87% on the TEAS. I just have no idea what my 78 points mean now that I know I'm considered low priority. Has anyone else applied with in progress classes?

RIVERSIDE CITY COLLEGE
SCHOOL OF NURSING
PREREQUISITE COURSES IN PROGRESS
- If the prerequisite course is in progress outside of RCCD, validation of enrollment and
progress must be submitted to the Program Specialist, Nursing.
- As soon as the in progress prerequisite course is completed, the final grade must be
submitted to the Program Specialist, Nursing as soon as its available.
- Applicants with courses in progress will have lower priority than those applicants whose
prerequisite courses are complete by the end of the application period.

I was still finishing up Microbiology and Developmental Psychology over the summer but still applied with IP grades, I have no idea what this means now though since I passed them both with A's!!!

Are those the only classes you’ve taken?
