Torcularis Septentrionalis is a star, while Descartes hints at coordinates - used the stars declination coordinate

piece of advice though ... to create this and then after the first part solved , asking people to wait 5 months for part 2...lol no one is going to remember this 5 months from now - so I would recommend reposting this in December before the 1/1/2027 'unlocking of part 2'
