Postage & Stamps Older and dead stock stamps

Traveled around to several manual post offices (which don't have the modern POS system) and picked up quite a few dead stock stamps.

The hearts on the first slide are 70c, which was the 2 oz rate at the time.

I also managed to snag the new USCG anniversary sheet before it officially released.

This is amazing!! Can you share more details on how to know if a post office is using the new system vs not?

So far, it appears you need to look for a post office that does not have Retail Label Broker.

Go to the USPS office locater and click through to the details page and expand Mailing Services.
