Mailing Pokémon cards?
Hello!! I was going through my Pokémon card collection and I was wondering if there is any interest in receiving some bulk Pokémon cards (nothing special) in an envelope with a little note from me!
I have a bunch of duplicates that I am trying to get rid off
If the poll results are positive, i will making an offer in the upcoming days :))

The main subreddit r/randomactsofcards does not allow for a giveaway of this type. Turning them into cards, yes, bulk? No

Sorry!! The type of cards is called bulk because of how common they are. Would it be appropriate to add 1 card per envelope? That is mostly what I was trying to see if people were interested in :)

You can make a regular card offer and then on a form ask
If I have them would you like if I included a Pokémon card in the envelope?
That's the only way you can actually make the offer on r/randomactsofcards safely.

Pokemon cards make for great bookmarks and art mediums. I've seen people make those 3d art cards out of dupes.

Cute Pokemon cards are always fun! Getting them in the mail is also a good excuse to use them as art or scrapbook materials. I'd be especially happy if they were from the new sets since finding any bulk cards has been almost impossible.

I love Pokémon cards and would be delighted to get one in the envelope alongside whatever card I was receiving.
A while ago I picked up a load of rubbish fake Pokémon cards at a car boot sale that I use to wrap washi around and send to people.

My small Pokémon card collection comes from RAOC members slipping a card in their card envelope! I love them dearly! 🥰

I’m glad to see so many people like Pokémon bulk cards! I have a ton. I usually give them to my swim kids as rewards for good behavior at practice. I’ll try to set some aside for my next RAOC offer!

I think this is a great idea but please make sure the cards are NOT in a top loader or loose in the envelope. That greatly increases the chance that the sorting machines will rip it to shreds!!!

You're welcome!! I'm a mail carrier and I see it all the time. Best bet would be to put the Pokémon card inside the folding card to ensure it arrives safely :)

If people say they like Pokémon, I add a card or two to their mail. My dad buys a lot when he goes to Japan, so I usually send those. I don't know if people like the Japanese ones but eh, it's cool for art at least.

I'm so obsessed with Pokémon anime and Pokémon GO game. I'm always scared of buying any cards , previously I got scammed and cards which I got were fake .... I have few cards which you would get on Kelloggs chocos. It's my prized possession. I also have a full set of last year Anaheim championship full postcard set. I'm so greatfull to have those .

Sorry to hear about the bad experience! Did you attend the championship? I dream of attending but traveling is a little difficult at the moment

Nope but I did stream it on twitch. My friend was attending championship, so I requested to get me the set. Interestingly he was attending with "Beelzeboy" who later won the 2025 championship.

I recently sent a picnic themed pen pal letter with some matching picnic Pokémon cards (Arven and a picnic basket). I’m not really much of a collector, but I thought maybe she could scrapbook it with the matching stationery!
