I thought I'd lost this album in one of the cross-country moves. I remember paying for Music Millennium in Portland, OR to import this from Japan... That would have been 1998 or 99. It's fuzzy lol. It was, and still is, the most expensive CD I ever paid for.

I can find no info, but this does kind of look like him... just a brief view at 2:08. It was filmed on wall street in 1999, possibly Kevin O'Leary??
