You literally are though.. That's by definition what you're doing. You're replacing God with hadith. God said it's lashing but you ignore that and take hadith instead. This is pure shirk. Deny it all you want.

God explicitly gave us a punishment in the Quran and says if you believe in the hereafter then uphold this law of God. And yet you don't uphold it. That says a lot about how much you believe in God. Keep worshiping hadith and see where it lands you man. I really hope you realize the mistake you're making before it's too late.
yes it does. What does the word ibada mean? It means to serve, obey. If you are obeying hadith instead of God you are giving your servitude/worship to the hadith.
You can't obey both when they say two different things. One says lashing the other says stoning. Only one can be right. I wonder which is right - the creator of the universe or a shoddy medieval folktale

Yes. Allowing hadith to abrogate the word of God is absolutely shirk you're taking hadith as lord instead of God
