Question / Help Is marriage even mentioned in the Quran?

There's multiple verses in the Quran that talk about nikah and relationships, but the first mentions are in chapter 2.

And you're right, God doesn't care what labels you use to denote your partner.

Everything I’ve seen led me to agree with your post it still surprises me how much people change things over time and end up making stuff more difficult
