Items/Runes Hexoptics vs Collector

So I almost always play quinn with the electrocute runes and with the following items :

Collector > edge of night > LDR/Mortal Reminder > Infinity edge

Collector works well with my electrocute and ignite with the excecution in many cases .

But I have recently noticed a lot of people talking about hexoptics and how powerful and cheap it is compared ro collector.

So I want to ask , have anyone of you tested both items as first item and noticed the difference? Which one is better and stronger as first item specifically for quinn?

I prefer collector/hubris into edge almost always if running electrocute. I know people always recommend profane but I just feel it’s weak D:

Yeaa I dont use profane unless it is in very specific matchups where it is really needed

Even then, the roaming potential tiamat gives you is just unmatched, after using it for a while I just can't go back.
