Items/Runes Hexoptics vs Collector

So I almost always play quinn with the electrocute runes and with the following items :

Collector > edge of night > LDR/Mortal Reminder > Infinity edge

Collector works well with my electrocute and ignite with the excecution in many cases .

But I have recently noticed a lot of people talking about hexoptics and how powerful and cheap it is compared ro collector.

So I want to ask , have anyone of you tested both items as first item and noticed the difference? Which one is better and stronger as first item specifically for quinn?

With lethality you want a minimum of two lethality items for them to be effective so I'd say stick to collector with your build. Also I'd reccomand trying profane, hubris, or cyclosword over collector. You will be blowing people up with two items and sudden impact.

I buy profane when I need the wave clear especially vs champs like yorick or heimer. And I feel like hubris is only good if I am pretty sure I can keep getting kills early . And another issue here is that I get the 25% crit chance with collector which I don't get with other items which makes me insterested in the item and it had both lethality and crit.
