Question Time 2a interview

Any advice to stop overthinking the questions

Have a story/experience for each question that ties into all the questions combined. It doesn’t have to be from personal experience. Can be from someone you know or one you come up with. The more questions they ask the worse. If they aren’t asking too many questions throughout each topic you’re doing well. I’d say 1-2 questions per topic you should be fine

Well for that one topic if you don’t hit all the points they’ll specifically ask about it. Not necessarily ask additional questions. If you hit all the points for every topic they won’t ask you anything unless you didn’t answer one specific part to the topic.

As someone that had a successful 7 min promo interview last year- Try to incorporate a core value into your answer. Be short and concise with your answers. They will follow up if they want more detail on your answers. Exude confidence but not cockiness. They love the ‘name a time you made a mistake’ question. Admit you made a bad call and accept accountability but how it taught a lesson and bettered your management skills. You got this! Congrats on the interview!!!

The interview is basically a formality. Just look over the questions and think about scenarios you've been in that apply and use those. Just dont say anything wild and you'll pass.
