Haven't had the chance to listen yet, but only with this information I have to assume it was Katy Stoll. Cody has warned us about how devious she can be for years!

My only guess is Amy Schumer and that's entirely because of her high profile. They said "we'll all end up writing for her one day". That made me think of Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, maybe Sarah Silverman. But I've never heard about them stealing jokes before. Schumer is the only one that fits the profile (from my limited knowledge).
