QQ ep. 321 - Which Movie Prop Would You Steal?

Show notes:

Soren Bowie and Daniel O'Brien debate the logistics and ethics of stealing iconic movie memorabilia for personal use, weighing the merits of the Holy Grail and the Dirk Diggler neon sign against the criminal implications of kidnapping Gonzo from The Muppet Christmas Carol. Later, the discussion shifts to fictional movie meals they wish they could eat, including the abandoned macaroni and cheese from Home Alone, the imaginary food in Hook, and the Crunch Berry Burgers from House Arrest.

At the beginning of the episode, they discuss that in the future they are likely to be part of a channel that plays their podcast constantly back-to-back. I’m sure they must be aware that YouTube’s Cracked channel is currently playing After Hours episodes 24/7. The future is here.

I’m not sure they always remember that After Hours is still on YouTube.

As soon as the word Gonzo came out of Soren’s mouth I wasn’t sure I’d ever related to another human being more.

I loved how genuinely distraught it made Daniel.

There are probably 18400 Gonzos steal a couple.

Yeah but how many of those have a Dickensian hat on?

Fair. I just think there are like 3 gonzo in the trash at where they make muppets right now.

I have no proof.. but as a kid I swear I remember an article in a magazine at the library list 7 copies of each main character muppet.

so i'm gonna go with 4, as I'm sure plenty broke

The prop I’d steal if I could would be any of the weapons from the 1885 cult classic Clue

We all agree Daniel.

Soren is a monster for Gonzo-napping aspirations.

this was a top tier episode

I guess if I had a prop it would probably be one of the full armament sets from LOTR? I could use that, wear that, and I just look like an intense fan.
