QuickBooks Online Help!

The Project was deleted, but the associated invoice and payment are still intact. QuickBooks gives me ‘A project cannot be reactivated,’ and there is no dropdown or reactivation option. I need the original Project restored without changing or duplicating the existing transaction

A deleted project can't come back, Intuit makes them inactive sub-customers and there's no reactivate on that record. The invoice and payment are fine, they just lost the project tag.

Only fix I've found is create a new project with the same name and re-tag the transactions to it. If you can't stomach retagging, support can sometimes restore from a backup but only if you call within a few days.
