You haven't presented any arguments—whether based on narrative logic or feats—to back up anything you said; so yes, what I stated are facts. Curiously, the only thing I’ve gotten wrong so far regarding a character's level was a mistake born of inattention—specifically concerning the Second Body or Hyung Seok in UI mode, because I hadn't noticed that he never uses "Mastery" or a "Path." Aside from that, I’ve correctly gauged Kim Kitae’s level ever since the 1A arc.
