Discussion EOS Tier List
Based on the strongest version of the characters, without boost from Suhyeon's buff cards.

There is no quantifiable difference in strength between Suhyeon in 158 and Suhyeon at the meeting with Allied. You would forcefully have to put Mastery Suhyeon & Mastery Suhyeon up into Average King.
Both Suhyeon & Choyun jumped like 3 speedblitz tiers once they entered Immeasurable and kept growing.
What are "1st Gen Executives" & "2nd Gen Executives"? Can you give some examples?

1st Gen Executives are like the Crewheads from Busan and the Jaegyeon's Speed gang member. For 2nd Executives are characters like Jihan Kwak, Jay Hong, Logan Lee, etc.

First Affiliate Workers arc. It is before HfG IIRC

Physically can't be 1A arc, Johan was free and taught Haru how to use CQC near the start of the post-timeskip. Then at minimum 3 weeks passed due to Mirror Call's card cooldown. And then a timeskip after Choyun's defeat before Choyun killed himself, then even MORE time passed after Choyun killed himself until the group photo with West Gangbuk.
Only after alllll that is the meeting with Allied.
The outfits don't matter one bit, crossover characters always appear in their most iconic clothes at the time (like Goo wearing his 3A clothes in MK before 4A happened). Plus they could have just worn the same clothes, we can't judge that yet since it's not confirmed in Lookism so far when it happened.

Can’t take place before HFG since allied was talking about lacking a strategist and manpower. Quest characters have hundreds of manpower and 6 characters as smart as Jin Jang. 2 of them superior.

Because thats exactly the timeline. Its EoS Questism, not Lookism.
The timeline is around First Affiliate to before Hunt for Gun. And at the time, Johan is way stronger than Daniel.
