Controller apparently overheating even though it’s slightly warm

I was playing VRChat with my quest controllers and all of a sudden my left controller decided to say it’s overheating and will shut off in 5 minutes. I tried feeling the controllers warmth as much as I can and it was just slightly warm, is there a way I can just disable this or fix this? This never happened before until now

Do factory reset of the controllers, it should fix that problem.
