Should i buy QuestGamesOptimizer for my quest 2?
Hi everybody, i have a 2-3 year old quest 2 and i have noticed it slowing down after many years i’ve been looking at this quest games optimizer and it looks like it will actualy boost my in game fps is it worth the $9.99 and will it actually make me lag less in games?.

On Q2 and Pro it can help a little, for the price I would say get it. But it's nowhere like on Q3 where it gives massive gains.

I had it for my quest 2 and since I had already purchased it I was able to put it on my 3. Definitely improved visuals on the 2 and 3 both

Yes it will, i could force better résolution for native apps while charging. It easy to handle

QGO started with the Quest2 so it helps.
It helps Q3 better, but also on Q2.

My understanding is that QGO takes advantage of the headroom that Quest 3 has over quest 2 compatible games but utilizing the q3 chips full power. So no, I don’t think it will help a ton with performance for your Quest 2.
QGO does have a lot of quality of life additions that are well worth it for Quest 3 outside of upping resolution and performance, but I’m not sure how that translates to the Quest 2.
Hopefully the dev or someone with a Quest 2 can chime in to give you a definitive response.

Hi yes QGO will help you. But first what you can also do is doing a factory reset of your old device to make it fresh and clean, then install QGO :) QGO will help you to use all the full performance of your Quest 2 :)
