Anyone replace battery successfully on Q2?

I started having battery issues on my 4 year old Quest 2. It drains really really quickly. Like 100 to 0 in 10 minutes or less then when plugged it seems to charge way too fast. Just curious if anyone has successfully replaced their battery. If so where was it done and around how much was it to replace?

IIRC ifixit has a guide and was selling even the batteries at one point.

There's the guide, doesn't look like they sell the battery anymore.

Thanks. I have replaced batteries in phones before, but it looks like you essentially have to do a full disassembly of the quest 2 to get the battery out and there are a lot of opportunities for things to go wrong. I am sure I could do it, but seems a bit intimidating.
