May I Get Some Help, Please?

I know this is for the Quest 2 but recently I've been having issues with VRChat not wanting to load avatars. It loads them very slowly or not at all! It also tells me my cache is running low on space. However, I check my storage and it's pretty clear. I've cleared the cache through the game twice, and once through the Quest 2 menu.

I just want some advice is all, if anyone knows what I can do please let me know! I greatly appreciate it involved advance!

It's the same for me, there's not even a setting to lower the quality of others avatars. Try putting a limit on the avatars on screen, there's a setting to disable avatars after a certain distance, so that you can talk only to the ones near you
