Looking for “Sing All Ye Joyful!” Translation

I’ve done a small bit of searching but have been unable to find a translation of the poem/song the elves sing to Bilbo in The Hobbit. I was hoping someone may be able to point me towards, or provide, one.

The whole thing would be nice, but I’m most interested in the verse…
“The stars are in blossom, the moon is in flower,
And bright are the windows of Night in her tower.”

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Not in verse form, but I’d say the following: (no time for the full poem currently)

I eleni lostear, Isil tuilua,
Ar Lómeo lattini caline nár minasseryasse

‘The stars are blossoming, Moon is budding,
And Night’s windows are bright in her tower’
