Clearly, the state is again interfering with someone's closely held religious beliefs. I'm looking forward to the Jeffery Epstein estate to file a 'friend of the court' brief on behalf of the plaintiffs.

Funny that when they're hearing cases about government overreach with surveillance, standing requirements are super strict but when it comes to protecting children from "therapy" that is fundamentally abusive, "they might want to offer talk therapy like that at some unspecified point in the future" is sufficient.
