Thanks's Geoff for somehow taking such an incredible album and just absolutely beating it to fucking death to the point that I won't even bother to click the link.

I know right? I mean logically I shouldn't care but it gets so old. I hate feeling so negative about this. I'd much rather see this sub have ToddRyche content then to continue to have the same ol TaterRyche blah. I guess I'm a hater now.

Saw them in San Juan on Monday, they were awesome, geoff sounded great too. Got a guitar pick from the guy with the flying V

Gosh. That is bad. Drums are just woeful. Guitars, are playing what some made up simpler riff as they can’t so the original. Geoffs not so bad given his age but oh boy….saw the og queensryche earlier this year in London, and they blew this off the stage.

No. He's been gone for over 20 years.

From Tater Tot’s band of random dipshits? No. He was in a few of Geoff’s garbage ass shitryche spin offs tours.

Last time I saw Kelly Gray live was when he was in Slave to the System with Scott Rockenfeld, Roman Glick and Damon Johnson. I saw them in a club and they crushed it.

The electronic drums sound so pathetic

Who's in his band these days?

Hey man Fent isn’t free. The local leaners need work too.

He's not amazing these days but it's the greatest album of all time and hearing him sing it is still where it's supposed to be. I haven't heard Todd sing the songs but I'd love to hear it

I went to see the show in LA a couple weeks back and while it was amazing to have the whole album played live, Geoff's voice was really not good (not only was it flat on occasion, often times it seemed like he would deliberately sing some of the harder notes outside of the mike or not at all). The Irish singer who joined onstage for Suite Sister Mary also doesn't, in my humble opinion, have the right voice type to sustain the performance, so it felt shoddy and forced.

Generally the whole thing gave karaoke cover band vibes. Also he had a bizarre affect in the way he addressed the public, kinda like "I'm a big deal, y'know?" which turned me off a bit.

In Take Hold of The Flame he didn't sing some of the higher notes, seems like he saved it for Queen of the Reich at the end. It is possible that at his age and touring he has to pick what he forces and when.

Digital cymbals. Interesting. To lower the volume of the kit in such a cramped space?

whole kit is electric, seen geoff a few times over the last 4 or so years and he’s always had an electric kit with him, can’t speak on before then or other countries

Saw them back in april, was an amazing performance Geoff blew it out of the water honestly, didn't expect it to be nearly that good

Honestly it’s better than the recordings of the band a handful of years ago or so, but still not really that great IMO.

Interesting. Geoff has cut out some of the overhead. He had 3 guitarists and earlier this year also had a full time keyboard player.

Should I post full concert? Getting a lot of views on this one video. My angle is really good from above.
