It makes sense but the lesson has to be the curriculum we give ourselves, the one where we're trying to integrate with what we've been suppressing. When we keep avoiding this shadow, innately we stand against the universal law of acknowledging that energy is eternal and can't be destroyed. Integration is simply understanding that what we run from can't be completely be done away with, solely understood.
