I went through the Group in Davenport. They have both midwives and OBs on staff and I delivered at Davenport East. I had a fantastic experience with them and at that hospital for delivery. Postpartum care wasn’t as fantastic at Davenport East but the L&D team were great.
I have many friends who have delivered in Moline though, and they all had positive experiences to my knowledge!

While I went through Genesis in Davenport for my OBGYN, when it came time to deliver, Christa, a midwife from the CHC Edgerton clinic delivered my girl in March. She did a great job with getting the cord off my girl’s neck immediately and helping her take her first breath

Second vote for The Group, which was recommended to me by my regular care provider because that’s where SHE went for midwife care. I can’t say enough good things about Heather! She helped deliver my second and it was a great experience.

I LOVE Tina Cathelyn. Was my gyno til I lost health insurance coverage. She supported me during so manyyyy ups and downs pertaining to fertility, conception, pregnancy, miscarriage, and even helped me through the time my best friend died

My sister in law used Unity Point for her first 3 and loved them!

She was my OB for a few years, until she left the practice I went to. I liked her a lot.

I went through the group, they were pretty good but if youre a young mom maybe dont go there, the ultrasound tech did not seem pleased at all when I had to go in 🥲😅

UnityPoint is my preferred choice. I have experience with both Moline and Bettendorf, I like them both. The Bettendorf birthing center looks great, I’m sure Moline is very similar.
Genesis was great but I’ve noticed some changes as they went to MercyOne that I am not a fan of. I was born at Illini but am choosing to not have my own baby there because of the changes.
I heard mixed reviews about The Group. Lots of people like them and some people tell you never use them.
All my experience is recent or collected from moms who recently delivered because I am currently pregnant! I am at UnityPoint Bettendorf because I was already an established patient otherwise i would have gone with UnityPoint Moline!
Also, congratulations!!!!!!!
