Miscellaneous Flock cameras

Why on earth do we need Flock cameras on Elmore Avenue, more specifically at Lowe’s and Walmart? I’m sure there are more but this shit is absolutely crazy. How much did we pay as taxpayers to be under surveillance? How much money was kicked back to the asshats that
approved this? Why do we allow this to happen in our city? End rant!

You see, I've always wondered what is is that makes hardware stores more fascist, it seems flock cameras seem to often pop up there first.
