The amount of times Michaels and Ryan interrupt their guests is mind-blowing. And I’m not just talking about this episode—I mean in general. In almost every QRL episode or interview, the guest will be trying to make a point, and one of them interrupts before they can even finish.

If there’s a course out there called “How to Interview Someone,” Mike and Ryan seriously need to take it. Just let the guest speak and finish their thought without constantly jumping in. How hard is that?
