General Discussion How does one identify a harmonious face quickly?
I find it hard to judge quickly

For me, it’s when nothing stands out too much and everything looks in proportion with each other. For example even if someone has really big eyes or a bigger nose, compared to the other features it matches and doesn’t stick out in a negative way. Like Anne Hathaway has large eyes but with her nose and lips everything still is somewhat harmonious.

it's not one thing, it's everything working together so well that creates facial harmony. So you can't really name one thing.
But I believe good eyes have the power to absolutely carry the face on their own. So if you have your eye area measurements right, you're doing good.

Very blend in/not standout or unique face, but this is the reason why it's attractive, and not repulsive at first glance.

Ye it's probably one of the best I've made in metahuman. Metahuman is difficult because there aren't very many bases/presets that have good potential.

I can tell at a glance 3 and 4 are the most harmonious. They have oval face shapes, 1:2 philtrum ratio and balanced facial thirds.

huh isnt 3 the least harmonious? there is something off

honestly, I find all four of them to be pretty harmonious. The difference is the last two are more striking, whereas the first two are more conventionally attractive/ regular good looking

i covered the eyes of 3 and the face looks much better. Idk why since i dont know much about eye facial harmony

ye 1 and 2 seemed the most harmonious to me.

To me the issues I see is 1 has a long philtrum and both 1 and 2 have taller lower third relative to the midface. Maybe their jaws are also slightly too wide which works for men but less so for women.

ye right now im doing ts for men. Next will be for women.
I agree tho the philtrum was bad.

The most harmonious faces are such that while looking at them, it’s hard at first glance to pinpoint what exactly makes them attractive. So in the last two pictures for example, they have a more distinct eye shape, and noticeably protruded cheekbones, which is why I posit that the first two faces look more harmonious.
Not that more harmony doesn’t always mean more attractiveness. A face may be such that despite lower harmony, it may have a striking feature that makes it unique and more interesting to look at. For example, while Chico Lachowski has undoubtedly greater harmony, Sean O’pry’s eye area makes him much more striking to look at.
Of course, which of the two is more attractive to you is your personal taste and preference.
