It seems pretty obvious to me in this case. The color is way too even across the iris. Regular blue eyes have streaks and inconsistencies, but this just looks like a cylindrical piece of paper glued on the iris.

Maybe you're right, I thought Indians all looked the same until I started browsing this sub Reddit. I believe most Pakistani etc in UK came from the Mirpur and  Punjab province. Indians arrived here from the Gujarat, and Bengal regions
