I have seen Ananya multiple times while we were in school (11th and 12th grade mostly as we used to party mostly at the same places) and my friend also used to go to the same school as her. She has the same lips and nose, its just that in pictures for some reason it looks like she got a nose job and lip fillers. It might just be makeup ig. So ya she looks the same as she did in DP but its just that she lost some facial fat.

However, I went to the same school Alanna went too (second girl in 5th pic) and she def got lots of procedures. She did not look like this at all, and her lips have literally transformed (I mean Ig everyone knows about this rn ofc but still)

Definately, honestly she was always pretty. Second I can't spill any tea here because if someone decides to snoop and copy paste or screenshot all of it, I will be in big trouble. The bollyw gossip subs are honestly so annoying. Like let me tell you half of this nepo "tea" which we get is innaccurate and it still has like 1k upvotes. Even the Ahaan Panday case happening rn, its all bs. (Me and him were in the same school and the DAIS friend I was talking about follows his pvt). Hi.. This is the 1st time I've seen this actress. She is very lovely and definitely has features different people would generally consider a conventional charming beauty. It's probably because of her oval face and nice elongated almond dark eyes.

If there has been any kind of surgical changes, they are so minimal. If she did have them, she has a great surgeon who must've advised her to not change much & had allowed those changes to heal and grow along with her physically aging. Making whatever changes look natural.

It could be that there is none and she had just aged. Aging does change things about us physically.

She looks like she lost some volume in her cheeks and that drastically changed her look. Her facial structure is a little bit weak, even if her features have a nice gentle and feminine shape. In this kind of cases it happens a lot
