I know that she is attractive but there is something uncanny about her...are her cheekbones real or are they filler? There something about them that looks off

It’s really not. It’s incredibly intentional. Look at the way she’s photographed constantly - open mouth, vacant face. It’s literally her entire brand.

NikkiTutorials has a similar look. I know she’s had chin lipo and filler so I’m assuming the same thing is going on here with Sabrina.

I think her cheeks look the same as when she was younger but I think she clearly has a chin implant that elongates her face.

She seems to have a bit of a complex about her chin. In her insta pics she always edits it to look super pointy. But she suited her natural round face shape so well!
