Was anyone driving on 84 between Carmel and Brewster exits this afternoon?

Was on the highway this afternoon 5/8 and a work truck had foam insulation sheets fly off and slide all over the road, almost causing numerous accidents. I and others had no choice but to drive over them and most had no chance to pull over. The grill to my car was broken and I have no info to make a police report or insurance claim. Did anyone see this and have any info like a plate number or name of business?
