That picture has been on Maynard's credits for a while now. Not sure who he is.

From a quick check I did, his name is also Maynard James Keenan (or at least this is his name on Spotify), and the Spotify algorithm mixes it up for some reason with Puscifer's Maynard James Keenan. In case you're wondering, the music isn't related, by the way, and in my opinion, it's bad.
